Le 23 juillet 2010, les propriétaires du Groupe Mirage ont informé la Société qu’ils mettaient fin unilatéralement aux ententes intervenues entre les parties, incluant celle du 29 juin dernier, portant sur la transaction de fusion entre les entités du Groupe Mirage et notre Société. De plus, les propriétaires du Groupe Mirage ont également informé la Société que le contrat de location/gestion liant les parties prendrait fin le 22 août 2010. Le conseil d’administration de la Société a tenu une réunion à ce sujet mardi le 27 juillet dernier. Ce dernier doit se réunir de nouveau dans les prochains jours afin de prendre position sur la suite des évènements. La Société entend faire valoir ses droits et récupérer les sommes dues par Le Groupe Mirage qui s’élèvent en date du 31 mai 2010 à plus de 1,5 M.
