Las Vegas Sands Corp. Declares Quarterly Dividend on Preferred Stock

LAS VEGAS, NV–(Marketwire – July 29, 2010) –  Las Vegas Sands Corp. (NYSE: LVS) today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend payment of $2.50 per share on its outstanding 10% Series A Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock to stockholders of record at the close of business on July 30, 2010. The dividend payment will be made on August 16, 2010, the first business day following the August 15, 2010 dividend payment date specified in the Certificate of Designation for the preferred stock.
