SOMERVILLE, MA–(Marketwire – September 22, 2010) – Walleye Technologies (www.walleyetechnologies.com) today announced the issuance of a second US patent 7,679,546 (Apparatus and Method for Determining Location of an Object) for its next-generation millimeter wave camera. The camera is capable of “seeing” into and through solid objects and presenting the image on an LCD screen and can be readily displayed, stored, analyzed, and transmitted. The Walleye Imaging System works like a battery-powered digital “camera” that uses invisible wavelengths to see into and through objects. The basis of the patent combines proprietary optical components with millimeter wave circuitry to create images.
