MIAMI, FL–(Marketwire – August 24, 2010) –  Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp (PINKSHEETS: CGAQ) announced today that the company will leverage their ability to promote sporting events worldwide, as they have with last weekend’s ESPN Deportes Boxing Match broadcast in 18 countries, by expanding into the Professional Wrestling Arena. A joint venture with Coast to Coast Consulting and Promotions will lead the effort to penetrate the Dominican Republic, continue CGAQ’s Branding Campaign and build additional clients for their ensemble of gaming.

CGAQ recently held its Fight Club Series which was broadcast to 18 countries throughout the world via ESPN Deportes. The event increased revenues, exposure and promotion for its online gaming division. Adding to the venue of events, CGAQ expects to increase its economies of scale and relationships within the entertainment industry, while opening up the Dominican Republic to the world of professional wrestling.
