MIAMI, FL–(Marketwire – July 27, 2010) –  Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp. (PINKSHEETS: CGAQ), in association with ESPN Deportes, DeCuba Presents, and R. Paniagua, has confirmed today that the Fight Club Series Round 2 will be held at the Polideportivo Sports Center in Puerto Plata. The larger location seats an additional 5000 boxing fans and will feature Felix Diaz, Hector Sanchez, Juan Carlos Payano, Juan Carolos Rosario, Claudio Marrero and CGAQ’s own, newly signed, awarded top amateur boxers of the Dominican Republic, the brothers Valdez. This will be the professional debut of the brothers Valdez. The event will be aired on ESPN Deportes across the United States, Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico. In addition, the Dominican Republic’s own national TV Network CDN will be airing the event.

After the sold out crowd at the casino’s main convention center for the first Fight Club Series, CGAQ’s boxing event has been moved to the Polideportivo Sports Center within the city of Puerto Plata where ticket sales are expected to increase the events revenue by over 500%. Further, the venue has offered the opportunity to be sponsored by the Dominican Board of Tourism and numerous other companies.

CEO Steven Swank stated, “The demand was just too high at the last event, so we wanted to offer the opportunity for thousands of additional boxing fans to enjoy the event while offering greater exposure for all our sponsors. The event continues to brand the Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp. name throughout the country and the world. In addition, we are extremely excited to have signed the brothers Valdez. They are incredible boxers and create a true affinity between their fans and our casino.”

Tickets prices will range up to $100 US as live entertainment and concession sales are made in between each fight. We invite all investors to contact us about our Investor VIP Tickets which will include rooms at the Sosua Bay Resort. For ticket information please contact the Sosua Bay Grand Casino at 809-571-4075.

Mr. Swank continued, “Making every move count exponentially is what makes a growth company more valuable for shareholders than most traditional investments. That is especially true during the current economic environment throughout the US and Europe.”

CGAQ was recently named the best casino in the Dominican Republic by www.Oyster.com and is the premier boxing host. Mr. Swank declared, “Most companies work towards a successful event. CGAQ understands it only takes a little more time and effort to maximize the profit of an event, as well as a company.”
