Big Stick Media Corporation Announces Special Shareholders Approval to Proceed With Amalgamation to Effect Delisting and Privatization


TORONTO, ONTARIO–(Marketwire – July 14, 2010) – Big Stick Media Corporation (“BSM” or the “Company”) (TSX VENTURE:BSM) announces that its shareholders resolved to proceed with an amalgamation with 2242823 Ontario Inc. As a result of the amalgamation, BSM has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”) to delist its shares and, therefore, become a private company. BSM has also applied to the securities regulatory authorities in Ontario, British Columbia and Alberta such that it is deemed to have ceased to be a reporting issuer in such jurisdictions.

The subject resolution was approved at BSM’s duly constituted special meeting of its shareholders held today.
