VERNON, CT–(Marketwire – July 19, 2010) –  Ticket Summit, the leading conference and trade show for live entertainment professionals, recently hosted its summer conference drawing more than 600 industry professionals for the three-day event. A bi-annual conference, Ticket Summit took place July 14-16, 2010 at The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. The ticket conference kicked off on Wednesday, July 14 with the Enterprise Awards ceremony. Chosen for notable contributions to the ticket industry, Enterprise Awards winners included Andrew Wallenstein (Best In The House Tickets), Jim Forster (Quincy Ticket Center), Jerry Shulman (TicketConnectors.com), and other ticket industry professionals.

The Ticket Summit conference featured thirteen business development and industry panel sessions, along with a concurrent trade show. The sold-out exhibit hall included TicketSizzle, PowerPay, TicketNetwork, and many other vendors who showcased their products and services, ranging from software innovations to brand optimization. The conference also hosted two Keynote sessions; the first on the global ticketing market on Thursday, July 15, the latter on the Ticketmaster / Live Nation merger on Friday, July 16. Expert panelists included Don Vaccaro (TicketNetwork), Jeff Kline (Veritix), James Hamlin (Seatwave), and other prominent executives.
