NEW YORK, NY–(Marketwire – July 22, 2010) –  Set to open on August 1, Cassa Hotel and Residences is the newest iconic building in the heart of midtown Manhattan created by world renowned architect — Enrique Norten of TEN Arquitectos in collaboration with the prestigious architecture and interior design firm of CetraRuddy. Closings of the 57 luxurious residences, located on the 28th to 47th floors atop the hotel, with spectacular views of New York City skyline and landmarks, will commence in the coming weeks. Situated on 45th Street between Fifth and Sixth Avenues, you are at the pulse of a world class shopping experience, the bright lights of the theatre district, and in close proximity to the finest galleries and museums in the world.

Cassa Residences feature open airy living spaces and boast gourmet kitchens with white lacquer cabinetry and Miele and Liebeherr appliances. The sumptuous master baths and powder rooms include glacier glass tiles, limestone floors, vanities with honed travertine countertops, and polished chrome fixtures. Windows offer a unique view of New York City life: some frame the iconic Chrysler Building while others offer sweeping views south to the Statue of Liberty with unobstructed views beginning at the 33rd floor. Public spaces will feature a unique vertical garden in the lobby level courtyard and a 10th floor lounge provides two separate cocktail terraces.
