HFBG has taken on the expense of obtaining Kosher Certification for all of its brands in an effort to ensure that our products reach a broader segment of the buying public, and it’s that on-site certification that has delayed production. The company’s labeling is marked with the Kosher designation, so we’re coordinating schedules with the Rabbi who will conduct the oversight inspection during production. Going Kosher is an investment companies make to increase market reach and share. Most beverage companies have obtained the certification which has become an increasingly important marketing tool to generate additional revenues by expanding the size of the market.
As stated in a previous press release, the Shareholder’s Conference Call with the CEO will be announced to the public no later than Friday, July 2, 2010. At that time the exact topics to be discussed will be outlined in detail. Included in the upcoming Press Release concerning the Conference Call will be details addressing the Company’s Buyback Share Program which was announced in a previous statement to the shareholders.
