LOS ANGELES, CA–(Marketwire – July 2, 2010) –  Hall of Fame Beverages (PINKSHEETS: HFBG) announces that Mr. Lawrence Twombly, the current CEO, and Mr. Mark Hammill, the current COO, are in the process of resigning from Hall of Fame Beverages.

CEO Larry Twombly states, “It has been my intention from the time I accepted the post of CEO, to create shareholder value for the Company and add value to the Company as a whole. Communication has always been the key to achieve that goal. Unfortunately, due to the lack of communication between management, it has become increasingly difficult to operate in a manner that best serves me, the Company and shareholders. Over the past three days, I have been trying feverishly to communicate with Mr. Ross, the Company’s current President and Chairman, to get answers to the most basic of questions. To my disappointment my phone calls and emails have all gone unanswered. A scheduled meeting between me and Mr. Ross in Mr. Ross’ home town on Tuesday; a meeting that I rescheduled my travel plans around, went unattended by Mr. Ross. I was very excited and proud of the efforts and accomplishments of the management team in the first quarter of 2010 and was looking forward to parlay those efforts into a profitable future. It has also become quite apparent to me, due to the silence, the callous disregard of Mr. Ross and the fact that no compensation for Hall of Fame’s equity in the V Group was ever received by the V Group, that Hall of Fame Beverages has no intention of following through with its commitment to the V Group and the product A.N.D. I feel due to dealings that were done without my knowledge, that may or may not have benefited the Company, it is imperative that I separate myself, Mr. Hammill and the V Group from Hall of Fame Beverages. I will be in the process of removing my name, the name of Mr. Hammill, the V Group name and A.N.D. from the Hall of Fame literature and filings.”

Mr. Twombly goes on to say: “These statements do not mean that I don’t believe Hall of Fame Beverages will be a success. I feel the Company could have a bright future if managed correctly. I hope it is a huge success. I hope it goes on to produce great profits. I hope that someday, the shareholders receive the fruit of all our hard labors. I and Mr. Hammill would like to thank the shareholders for their trust and would like to wish the Company and the shareholders luck on all their future endeavors.”
