LAKEWAY, TX–(Marketwire – November 29, 2010) – Rudy’s “Country Store” and Bar-B-Q is fighting hunger in its local communities this holiday season by donating a dollar for every pound of meat sold from November 30^th through December 2^nd to local Feeding America food banks. Proceeds from the promotion will be distributed to the food banks that serve the community where there is a participating Rudy’s Bar-B-Q location.

In addition, Rudy’s Bar-B-Q will donate 50 cents for every verifiable new “Like” on Facebook (http://facebook.com/rudysbbq) and Twitter follower (http://twitter.com/rudysbbq) during the same period as part of its Follow2Support program (http://rudys.com/follow2support), a cause-related social media initiative that benefits charities.
