TORONTO, ONTARIO–(Marketwire – July 30, 2010) – Banff Rocky Mountain Resort Ltd., the General Partner of Banff Rocky Mountain Resort Limited Partnership, advises that the sale of Banff Rocky Mountain Resort, the principal asset of the Partnership, has been completed for a gross consideration of $11,220,000. The proceeds from the sale, other than a $1 million holdback and normal adjustments, have been released to the Partnership. An initial distribution of $8,625,000 ($375 per Unit) will be made forthwith.
