Thunderbird Announces Director Resignation


PANAMA, REPUBLIC OF PANAMA–(Marketwire – Oct. 26, 2010) – Thunderbird Resorts Inc. (“Thunderbird” or “Group”) (FRANKFURT:4TR)(EURONEXT:TBIRD) announced today that Joaquin Daly, one of Thunderbird’s seven directors, has notified the Company that he intends to resign for personal reasons and pursue other interests effective November 1, 2010. Mr. Daly was a member of our board since November 2007 and we wish him all the best for his future.
