OKLAHOMA CITY, OK–(Marketwire – October 8, 2010) –  The Oklahoma City Marriott on Northwest Expressway announces a new Food & Beverage Director, Mr. Kenny Payne. An 18-year hospitality industry veteran, Kenny comes to the Oklahoma City, Ok hotel business with extensive food, beverage, and operations service experience. Prior to joining the hotel, he served as General Manager of Café Do Brasil, Oklahoma City. Previous to this experience, Kenny owned various restaurants such as Quiznos and Leoncias in Fort Smith Arkansas. “We’re very pleased to have such an outstanding food & beverage and hospitality industry veteran as Kenny joins us here at our Oklahoma City luxury hotel,” said Mr. Tom Russell, General Manager of the 354-room hotel. “His extensive experience enables him to work closely with our very talented Executive Chef Nacomah Hunt to bring our food offerings to an even higher level.” 

Kenny has served as Chairman of the Fort Smith Restaurant Association and Chaired the Downtown Historical Association of Fort Smith, Arkansas. “I am truly honored to be appointed to this position.
