The Spa at Trump at Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago helps guests enjoy the Halloween season while keeping their health and wellness goals intact by offering exclusive specials throughout the month of October. Every Tuesday evening from 7 to 8 p.m. now through October 26, 2010, The Spa at Trump Health Club is offering a featured fitness class — Pumpkin Workout. This one-hour class works every major muscle group by using pumpkins in conjunction with traditional equipment for a combination of traditional strength and conditioning exercises with a focus on resistance training. A $30 per person per class fee applies for non-members, and pumpkins will be provided in a range of weights and sizes for each guest. Spooky Sushi and Spirits at Rebar
From Friday, October 22 through Sunday, October 31, Rebar, the chic mezzanine-level lounge renowned for its inventive sushi and cocktail offers, will entrance guests with delicious Halloween-themed specials and festive décor. Guests can toast to Halloween frights with the Dra-Kahlua ($15), a haunting blend of Kahlua, Martell V.S.O.P., cognac, triple sec, lemon juice and a splash of simple syrup; and the popular Pump J.R. ($18), a festive delight of pumpkin liqueur, Godiva white and vanilla with a hint of cinnamon. Specialty maki rolls will include the Tempura Halloween ($16), with kabocha, beets, sweet potato, shrimp and a teriyaki dressing; and the Autumn Udon Roll ($25), featuring squash tempura with fresh udon noodles wrapped in nori and finished with green scallions, hot teriyaki sauce and Japanese chili powder.

All items will be served during Rebar’s hours of operation: Monday through Wednesday from 4 p.m. to midnight; Thursday and Friday from 4 p.m. to 1 a.m.; Saturday from 3 p.m. to 1 a.m. and Sunday from 1 p.m. to midnight.
