The company said it has been advised by its auditors that the filings will require consolidated financials and comparisons dating back to 2008 due to the changing of its annual reporting status from April 30 to December 31. ECDC was recently acquired by EarthSearch Communications (EarthSearch) in a reverse acquisition and has adopted the annual reporting schedule of EarthSearch announced in an 8K filing on August 2.

The company intends to complete the filing of an 8-K/A amendment disclosing the results for the quarter ended March 31, 2010, referred to as the “super 8-K” for reverse mergers and form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2010 as soon as the company’s auditors have completed their work.
