MIAMI, FL–(Marketwire – June 22, 2010) –  Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp (PINKSHEETS: CGAQ) announced today that ESPN has postponed the scheduled Fight Club Boxing Series until August 21, 2010 because of production scheduling problems. CEO Steven Swank is looking forward to the Investor Conference on June 25th and the Oppliny Fashion Show featuring top models from the Dominican Republic, professional Salsa Dancers and live entertainment on June 26th, 2010.

Mr. Swank stated, “Occasionally, there are scheduling conflicts with events, however our location is a greatly desired place to hold events. Within a few days we have scheduled and promoted a great fashion show with top models, dancers and live entertainment. It will be here in Sosua Bay Location, and I am happy to offer it to the surrounding areas and our investors.”

Tickets for the fashion show are available for $150RD. The show, followed by live entertainment will be held in Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp’s After One Night Club adjacent to the casino entrance.
