From May 1 through May 15, qualifying travelers who book an exceptionally priced GOGO summer vacation package to Mexico or the Caribbean through participating Carlson Wagonlit Travel Associate locations will receive reimbursement of passport application fees for one passenger, it was announced today.

“For well over a year, Carlson Wagonlit Travel Associates have been at the forefront in actively advising customers on the new United States passport regulations that went into effect at the start of 2007. Yet we realize that many individuals have postponed — for whatever reasons — their application processes. We don’t want the cost of the application to stand in their way, so in addition to the enticing pricing we’re offering on GOGO Worldwide Vacations, we’re also ready to reimburse the cost of passport application fees up to $97 with every booking,” stated Roger E. Block, CTC, executive vice president of Carlson Wagonlit Travel Associates.

Block also noted that should customers already possess valid passports, Carlson Wagonlit Travel Associates and GOGO Worldwide Vacations will offer a portable 7″ DVD player as an alternative to the free passport for each qualifying booking; 5-night minimum stays are required.
